- Project and vendor management: Translate organizational objectives into structured project plans with milestones, owners, dependencies, review stages, and measurable outcomes. Maintain accurate trackers, communicate progress and risks early, and coordinate website, design, development, analytics, and other specialist partners.
- Technical briefs and quality control: Convert internal requirements into clear scopes of work, acceptance criteria, and consolidated feedback. Review deliverables, conduct final quality assurance, and ensure outputs meet agreed expectations before approval.
- Documentation and systems management: Maintain standard operating procedures, templates, checklists, screen-recorded walkthroughs, and onboarding resources for recurring digital tasks. Keep an updated inventory of digital tools, ownership, access procedures, use cases, renewal requirements, and associated costs.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with marketing and communications, growth, research, program, and design teams to ensure digital initiatives align with organizational priorities and communicate research and social impact accurately and effectively.
