Existing Page Optimization Workflow
Download the SEO Shades desktop content crawler, prepare your data using the Google Sheet template, scrape live content in bulk, and upload the generated files to optimize your existing pages.

Step 01: Prepare Input Using Google Sheet Template
Use the official SEO Shades Google Sheet template to enter your primary keywords, website URLs, and competitor URLs. You can add unlimited rows for bulk processing.
Download Google Sheet Template
Copy the template and fill one row per page. Each row represents one primary keyword.
Copy Google Sheet TemplateExport as CSV
After filling the sheet, download it as a CSV file. This CSV will be used directly inside the desktop app.
File → Download → CSV (.csv)
Run the Desktop Scraper
Upload the CSV into the SEO Shades Crawler EXE. The tool processes all rows in bulk.
Scrape Live Content
The crawler extracts live website and competitor content exactly as it appears on the web.
Keyword-Wise Output Folders
For each primary keyword, a separate folder is created containing the CSV and content document.
Upload Files for Optimization
Upload the same CSV and generated DOC file to prepare your page for existing page optimization.
Continue to Existing Page Optimization
Once your files are ready, move to the optimization interface to analyze structure, coverage gaps, and on-page improvements.
